Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We can't cancel your order once it's placed and ready for dispatch.
  • To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team or raise a return request directly on the website within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details of the defect or damage.
  • For the exceptional cases, when the product is not defective and still any customer wants to return the product, the customer will have to send the product back to our warehouse location or they can get in touch with our team and pickup will be arranged on the behalf of the customer but the courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchange:

  • We accept exchanges only in case of any size issue within 7 days of delivery. please make sure that the product is not worn or washed and is in intact original conditions with tags on to be eligible for exchanges. 
  • Please get in touch with our customer service team (WhatsApp us at 91-8178621628 or mail at- care@mymoodora.in ) within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to a size issue.
  • Going forward, the return courier charge for any exchange will be borne by the us. Exchanges are completely free.
Exchange Procedure:
  • Contact our customer service team to request an exchange due to a size issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Our team will get in touch with you and will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days without any additional charges.
  • Inspection and Approval:
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
  • If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you.
